3. Products & Handmade Nature
All crochet products are made by hand, so no two items are exactly alike.
Due to our detailed production process, orders may take 8–15 days to complete before shipping.
Images on the website are for illustration purposes. The final product may have slight variations in color or pattern.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
We accept secure online payments as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan
5. Order Policy
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
In rare cases such as stock shortages, we may cancel or limit an order. If this happens, we will inform you promptly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Home Delivery on orders above 15,000 PKR within Pakistan.
For handmade items, please allow 15–20 days for production before shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Once dispatched, Hunzaloom is not responsible for courier delays.
7. No Returns Policy
Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
